The free multi-award successful Brush DJ app is suitable to be used by all ages and features within the new NHS Apps Library. This toothbrush timer app plays 2 minutes of music out of your gadgets, cloud or streaming service - to make toothbrushing for an effective length of time much less boring!
Brush DJ has been developed by a dentist for anyone wanting to reduce their danger of gum disease and tooth decay. The app helps keep your smile healthy and breath recent. Also, through the use of this app you will find new songs and rediscover your music collection- from responsible pleasures to holiday anthems!
Brush DJ works with either a handbook or electrical toothbrush and permits you to set reminders to:
•Change your toothbrush/brush head every 3 months
•Brush a minimum of twice a day
•Floss/clean interdentally each day
•Use a mouthrinse at a unique time to toothpaste
•When subsequent to visit dentist, hygienist, orthodontist or dental therapist
You can choose the color of the screen and timer to match your toothbrush, toilet or simply decide your favorite colour combinations. There are brief animated videos showing the method to carry primary oral hygiene duties such as flossing, using and interdental brush and a guide toothbrush. The latest evidence-based age specific information is given from the Public Health England toolkit ‘Delivering Better Oral Health’. Free updates shall be out there whenever new oral well being info is released.
